Windover Begins Construction of North Shore Development

Magnolia and Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA – Windover Development of Manchester-by-the-Sea, MA recently announced construction has commenced in Magnolia, MA on its eight unit luxury home development, “The Residences at Shore Cliff.” Sited on a three acre parcel with stunning ocean views, The Residences at Shore Cliff will offer spectacular sunrises, ocean views, natural landscape, and comfortable village living.

“We are extremely proud of this project” said Lee Dellicker, President of Windover. “This has been a team effort resulting in an environmentally responsible, well appointed, and well built community on a site like none other in New England.” Windover is well known on the North Shore for its well executed designs and construction of high end residential and institutional projects.

Shore Cliff, designed by Beverly-based Siemasko + Verbridge, reflects the shingle-style “cottages” so popular during the Gold Coast Era of the North Shore. The Residences at Shore Cliff consist of eight custom designed units each with three bedrooms and three full baths. Each home has both first and second floor master bedroom suites, a garage, as well as private balconies and spacious decks that afford dramatic ocean views. The interiors of the homes offer exceptional finishes throughout and several upgrade options are available. The Olmstead-designed gardens, gazebo and water features from the original home that was built in 1926 have been restored and are available for the enjoyment of Shore Cliff residents.

Magnolia once featured luxury hotels, shops and was the playground of America’s wealthy and influential leaders during the late 1800’s through the mid-20th century. “Magnolia was bustling and sought out by likes of the Heinz, Morgan, Roosevelt and MacArthur families and was frequented by John Phillip Sousa, Edward Everett Hale, James Freeman Clarke, and Louise May Alcott,” said Sandy Carpentier of J. Barrett & Company, Inc., exclusive marketing agent for the Residences at Shore Cliff. “The North Shore remains an attractive real estate market with its arts and entertainment scene as well as its close proximity to Boston. Given the unique location and quality of the project, we’re sure Shore Cliff is going to sell out quickly.”
