Bruner/Cott Completes Commons at Dartmouth College

Hanover, NH – Bruner/Cott has just completed the $22 million, 72,000sf Class of 1953 Commons at Dartmouth College: this is Dartmouth’s primary dining hall for undergraduates. This 1,000-seat dining hall was fully occupied and operational during the design and renovation process.

Bruner/Cott also just completed the renovation of the Arthur D. Little building at MIT: 414 million and 28,000 sf. The project is LEED Gold registered and certification is pending.

In progress and under conctruction: the Boston University new construction East Campus Student Center located at 100 Bay State Road near Kenmore Square: this facility will serve as the east gateway to campus and the building will house dining, Career Services, and the Educational Resource Center. The project is 6-stories, 122k sf, estimated at $50 million, and is LEED Gold registered.
